Our extra virgin olive oil is a unique blend, obtained from organically grown olives harvested from the local varieties Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino and Dolce Agogia, the latter cultivar native to Lake Trasimeno and prevalent in the blend. Thanks to the selection of the ripest olives, this oil with a delicate, rounded profile pairs perfectly with any dish, enhancing the flavors without altering the natural balance.
