The history of our olive trees begins about 400 years ago with the typical and ancient cultivar Dolce Gogia. As the years progressed on the four different plots, new 100-year-old olive trees grew whose main cultivar groups leccino, moraiolo and frantoiana.
L’olio ottenuto e’ un olio leggero caratterizzato da note fruttate e persistenti ed un tipico finale amarognolo che va ad equilibrare e speziato. Tutti i nostri ulivi sono caratterizzati dall’esposizione a sud e da terreni diversificati che danno al nostro olio il suo sapore unico e gentile. L’etimologia del nome dolce gogia significa goccia dolce, infatti questo particolare tipo di oliva possiede una particolare delicatezza con richiamano il carciofo, il basilico e la nocciola.
