Welcome to our restaurant, where cooking is a unique and sustainable dining experience. We are passionate about the "Km 0" philosophy and believe that the value of local and sustainable products is important, supporting the work of farmers in our region.
We are surrounded by our century-old vineyards and olive groves, and each night our menu changes to reflect the seasonality of our fresh ingredients. In addition, most of our ingredients come directly from local farmers and our own farm, such as the vegetables our chef harvests from the garden just steps from the kitchen.
We offer an a la carte menu with a choice of two appetizers, two entrees, two main courses and desserts. This allows us to ensure maximum freshness to each dish. We pride ourselves on offering an authentic and unique dining experience where each dish is prepared with the highest quality ingredients.

Wine and Olive Oil

The production of our organic wines and oil is the result of a philosophy that goes beyond mere agricultural production. We are convinced that respecting our land, the environment and future generations is an indispensable goal. That is why on our land we use the bare minimum of plant protection products allowed in organic farming, and when possible, we avoid them altogether. This allows us to produce wines and extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality but above all environmentally friendly, which best express the characteristics of our land. Green Areas
Our farmhouse is in itself an oasis of peace immersed in the unspoiled nature of Umbria. Surrounded by more than 40 hectares of property, divided between over a hundred-year-old olive groves, vineyards and Mediterranean scrub, this corner of paradise is the ideal destination for those seeking a vacation of relaxation and tranquility.
The main green area of the farmhouse is the three-level equipped garden surrounding the beautiful infinity pool where guests can enjoy a glass of wine, admire the fantastic view or rest under the shade of umbrellas. With its more than 2,000 square meters of green lawn and lush flower beds, this garden enchants visitors with its beauty and color variety. Centuries-old almond trees and hundreds of plants such as colorful roses, rosemary, teucrum, elicrisium, and lavenders grow here, spreading their fragrance into the air.
But that's not all: our olive groves and vineyard are also available to our guests, who can take a walk among the olive trees or enjoy the sunset while sitting among the rows.

Infinity pool
Our infinity pool is the hidden gem of the farmhouse, an idyllic space where the water merges with the lake, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding Umbrian hills. This enchanting spot is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing moment under the sun and cool off on hot summer days. The pool area is equipped with comfortable sunbeds, umbrellas and gazebos, where guests can sip a glass of wine and admire the surrounding landscape.You can also enjoy a small whirlpool corner.
The swimming pool is available to guests of the facility from 08:00 to 21:00.
